Outside of Australia - $20.00 AUD (Flat Fee)

INCORRECT ORDERS

In the case of an incorrect order being supplied, please notify us at Fitskin & Beauty by phone or email and we will advise you on returning the product to us. We will replace your product and reimburse you of all shipping and delivery fees you have incurred.

BACK ORDERS

We do not foresee any issues with our product supplies, if this situation does occur and we find that product demand exceeds our stock levels we will issue you with a back order number and advise you once your order is available for delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please inform Fitskin & Beauty by email and we will credit your account.

RETURNS POLICY

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase of Fitskin & Beauty skincare please contact our office by telephone or email and we will issue you with a return authority number. Fitskin & Beauty will have the option to replace or reimburse you for your purchase depending on the circumstances for your decision to return the product.

We will accept returns where we have been notified within 30 days of you receiving the products; and the product has been unused or you have used less than 25% of the product. (See contact details for delivery address).
