Should you not be satisfied with your purchase of Fitskin & Beauty skincare please contact our office by telephone or email and we will issue you with a return authority number. Fitskin & Beauty will have the option to replace or reimburse you for your purchase depending on the circumstances for your decision to return the product.
We will accept returns where we have been notified within 30 days of you receiving the products; and the product has been unused or you have used less than 25% of the product. (See contact details for delivery address).
In the case of an incorrect order being supplied, please notify us at Fitskin & Beauty by phone or email and we will advise you on returning the product to us. We will replace your product and reimburse you of all shipping and delivery fees you have incurred.
Please note – Fitskin & Beauty are charged by Australia Post whenever an item is sent back to us , which will incur a $20 fee if the below scenario occurs.
If you want the item resent, Fitskin & Beauty would need to charge for the returned postage charges, or the return to sender postage cost would be deducted from any amount refunded, if you choose to not have the item resent out to you. Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for the following reasons listed below:
- You supplied the incorrect/incomplete address on your order
- You did not collect the parcel from the Post Office by their due date (after Australia Post attempts delivery prior).
If you are returning a faulty product, postage charges will be reimbursed by Fitskin & Beauty once the returned product(s) are inspected and deemed faulty. Fitskin & Beauty does not accept returns on any unsealed or used items as they cannot be resold once they have left our warehouse.
If you have an online order item that has not been touched / opened from its original sealed packaging and you wish to return it, please email us with information, and photos of the products within 30 days of purchase to email@example.com
